About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the day-to-day delivery of Data Management activities
Maintain data and system integrity while managing risks and issues
Analyse and resolve complex data queries across existing portfolios and new client migrations
Communicate findings clearly to business and technical audiences
Guide projects through the migration lifecycle from requirements and implementation planning to dress rehearsals and go-live
Reconcile, profile and validate data during onboarding
Ensure stakeholders understand findings affecting migration or ongoing servicing
Collaborate with clients, project managers and internal teams as the servicing data expert
Contribute to workshops, meetings and bid responses
Improve data-quality tools, reporting and controls
Develop automated solutions that reduce manual effort, processing time, errors and operational risk

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong practical SQL experience analysing, profiling, reconciling and validating complex data from multiple sources
Experience using Python to analyse data, automate repeatable processes and create reusable data-quality and reconciliation controls
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or an equivalent cloud data platform, including data pipelines, analytical datasets, notebooks and reporting solutions
Power BI experience, including Power Query, data modelling, KPI development and DAX
Proven analytical and problem-solving ability, including trend, variance, anomaly and root-cause analysis
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions
Ability to explain complex issues to technical, business and senior stakeholders
Knowledge and experience with Centrac is desirable
