Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR COE roles
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders and influence decisions
  • Experience translating business needs into talent or people-related actions
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in a matrixed environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated learning agility
  • Work duties cannot be performed outside the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target
