About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Human Resources Directors responsible for the field
  • Act as a first point of contact for the business
  • Ensure compliance and integrity of team member information
  • Gather data and support the planning and execution of cyclical HR processes
  • Coordinate HR functions and provide general administrative support for HR leadership
  • Report directly to the Human Resources Director and closely support various field leaders
  • Track reports and compile metrics including diversity, turnover, performance management, headcount, and other measurements
  • Assist with calendar management, meeting planning, booking travel, and expense support
  • Coordinate training, interview, and leadership development events
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Flexible team player with strong guest service orientation and ability to interface with individuals from all levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information
