  • Recruit, select, manage, and develop talent across all store departments

  • Create store-specific strategies and manage the team to deliver results

  • Cultivate an engaged, guest-centric team and hold direct reports accountable
  • Lead onboarding, development, training, recognition, and career progression for leaders and team members
  • Create sustainable and equitable talent strategies in partnership with HR
  • Recruit, hire, and retain a passionate team with area-specific knowledge and expertise
  • Oversee scheduling and implement leadership schedules aligned with guest, business, and team member needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team leadership and engagement
  • Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
  • Ability to manage conflict and lead and hold others accountable
  • Ability to relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
  • Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed

  • Ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed
  • Ability to climb up and down ladders as needed
