About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage life cycle of sales orders from forecast to delivery (OTS, EDI, order entry & booking, etc.)
- Serve as the operational partner to retail accounts, sharing product information, inventory availability, and fulfillment plans
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Planning to align supply and channel allocation for launches, seasonal sets, and promotional windows
- Monitor account performance, including fill rate, on-time delivery, and compliance, and flag risks and opportunities
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly order-status updates to Sales, Customer, and Management
- Engage with international field teams and regional managers to gather customer, competitive, and market insights
- Coordinate with international retail partners to schedule pick-ups and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with Global Logistics and Regulatory teams on compliance and shipping documentation
- Ensure contractual obligations are met, troubleshoot orders, and escalate issues through proper channels
- Research and resolve claims, returns, and chargebacks
- Drive process improvements across order management and fulfillment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, wholesale operations, sales operations, or supply chain at a brand or retailer; beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods preferred
- Working knowledge of retail order management, EDI, allocation, and retailer compliance requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Navision or another ERP system
- Strong Excel and data skills; you can pull a report, find the story, and act on it
- Clear, confident communication with retailers and internal partners at all levels
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, changing environment
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
