About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage delivery of AI services including data collection and annotation, adversarial testing, and AI content safety moderation
Lead a global team of Operations Managers to deliver AI services on time, within budget, and to customer quality expectations
Partner with Sales Enablement and Business Development to scope, solution, and land proposals for new client opportunities
Design and oversee specialized operations protocols across full-time employee, remote worker, and freelance worker delivery models
Partner with Quality, Training, PMO, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to advance automation and delivery quality
Foster a high-performance culture of continuous learning and improvement
Drive testing, iteration, and scaling of efficient, results-driven workflows
Provide thought leadership on project delivery and collaborate with customers to define and deliver high-quality outputs
Oversee development of new production protocols across projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of Operations leadership experience
Experience within organizations providing HITL, RLHF, and evaluation services
Deep understanding of LLMs, Generative AI workflows, and multi-modal data structures including video, spatial, and sensor fusion
Strong interest and commitment to learning about Robotics and Physical AI technologies
Strong communication and leadership skills
Track record of managing teams in a high-velocity environment
Ability to tackle ambiguous problems through testing, iterating, and scaling solutions
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
