About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
- Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific methodologies and initiatives
- Coordinate, organize, and implement training programs
- Ensure the success of new-hire training and onboarding programs
- Manage up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders as direct reports
- Maintain training schedules and roster spreadsheets for assigned sites and/or GEOs
- Create seats and job descriptions for new learning experience staff
- Interview, onboard, and set expectations for learning experience staff
- Assess KPIs, conduct quarterly performance evaluations, and set goals
- Develop staff and leadership through continuing education and certifications
- Observe training classes and provide coaching and feedback
- Provide tools and resources for training material creation
- Maintain electronic records for learning experience leaders
- Analyze training evaluations, identify trends, and improve training outcomes
- Create and maintain training methodologies and courses
- Collaborate with Recruiting and Operations on pipeline-to-production feedback cycles
- Allocate resources and ensure occupational health and safety training
- Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required
- Four-year college degree in a related field like industrial or applied sciences preferred
- Five years of previous training experience
- Two years of previous management experience, preferably in the training or learning development space
- Two years of previous BPO experience, preferably
- Two years of previous technical support experience and/or emergency coordination, emergency response, or crisis management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Travel required, up to 25% of the time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours
- Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
