About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the full-cycle recruiting process
- Source talent through various channels and tools
- Conduct initial phone screens
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members
- Prepare interview materials and debriefs
- Extend offers of employment
- Negotiate salary and benefits
- Communicate with new hires prior to their start date
- Orient new employees on their first day
- Track metrics related to the recruiting function
- Serve as a liaison between candidates and management throughout the selection process
- Partner with internal teams to understand staffing needs
- Process background checks and I9s
- Work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in human resources or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required
- Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred
