About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Craft and articulate product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
  • Facilitate refinement of product capabilities to meet user needs and leverage emerging technologies

  • Ensure operational readiness for successful product launch and operation
  • Lead user research and data analysis to inform product decisions and improve user experience
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to capture user insights and drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor and optimize product financial performance, including cost management, revenue forecasting, and profitability
  • Define and track product OKRs
  • Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and promotional plans
  • Lead internal product marketing strategy to ensure business and sales leaders understand the product
  • Indirectly lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the product lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and data analysis
  • Financial acumen with experience in product financial optimization
  • Experience in developing and executing OKRs
  • Understanding of key performance metrics
  • Solid understanding of technology trends, development processes, and digital product lifecycles
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across diverse groups
