About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, process, and validate consumption data for billing.
- Perform calculations and validate applicable pricing, margins, and terms.
- Create, maintain, and optimize billing, cost, margin, and pricing controls and tools.
- Ensure billing accuracy and execution within established deadlines.
- Monitor consumption and identify discrepancies between billing cycles.
- Track orders, billing, corrections, and information required for the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, manufacturers, and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and complete processes.
- Support documentation and continuous improvement initiatives, seeking simplification and automation.
- Initially support Google operations and, as needed, work with other Cloud providers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, and PivotTables.
- Strong numerical, calculation, and logical reasoning skills.
- Organized and accountable when managing financial and billing processes.
- Self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving ability.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple processes, systems, and requests simultaneously.
- Previous experience in Cloud or the Distribution market.
- English proficiency for interacting with manufacturers, participating in meetings, and handling support tickets.
- Knowledge of or experience using Artificial Intelligence to support activities, analyses, automation, or process improvement.
- Experience in the Software, Services, SaaS, or IT channel industries.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing demands.
