Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the Cloud Billing Automation / Zero Touch Billing strategy.
Lead the evolution of processes, integrations, and solutions to automate recurring Cloud billing end to end.
Reduce manual intervention in the billing cycle by enabling automated, traceable, and scalable processes.
Act as a liaison between Cloud Business, Billing, Operations, Finance, and development teams.
Translate operational and commercial needs into functional and technical requirements.
Define and maintain the Cloud Billing Automation / Zero Touch roadmap.
Map end-to-end Cloud billing processes and identify automation opportunities.
Lead initiatives using APIs, workflows, RPA, scripts, AI/ML, and native platform capabilities.
Design the target Zero Touch Billing model and exception workflows.
Create or enhance integrations between billing/consumption sources, Cloud platforms, billing engines, and internal ERP systems such as CIS.
Gather, analyze, and document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and test cases.
Manage and prioritize the automation backlog using Jira, Xidea/Boss Ticket, or internal processes.
Design automated validations to identify inconsistencies before billing.
Implement reconciliation processes between vendor data, processed transactions, and internal results.
Design exception management processes, including identification, classification, prioritization, routing, and tracking.
Coordinate activities with Cloud, Billing, Operations, Finance, IT, and vendor/manufacturer teams.
Lead functional, integration, and UAT testing, including standard, exception, regression, and financial validation scenarios.
Monitor automation performance and identify recurring failures and optimization opportunities.
Ensure functional and operational documentation for operations, troubleshooting, audits, and knowledge transfer.
Apply AI and emerging technologies to anomaly detection, exception classification, and the automation of repetitive activities.
Prepare executive updates on progress, risks, dependencies, benefits, and the roadmap.
Measure results using KPIs such as Zero Touch billing, manual intervention, exceptions, errors, billing cycle time, reconciliation, coverage, hours eliminated, resolution, and ROI.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Process Automation, Billing, Financial Systems, or IT.
University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements.
Experience with ERP, billing systems, or financial platforms; experience with CIS is a plus.
Practical knowledge of process automation, APIs, integrations, workflows, RPA, or scripting.
Ability to analyze end-to-end processes and transform manual activities into automated solutions.
Knowledge of billing, reconciliation, exception management, recurring billing, and consumption-based billing concepts.
Experience with or knowledge of the Cloud ecosystem and multi-vendor billing models is highly desirable.
Practical knowledge of AI applied to automation and operational optimization is a plus.
Experience using tools such as Jira for backlog management, requirements, and development tracking.
Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test scenarios.
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data to identify errors, patterns, root causes, and automation opportunities.
Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, or other automation/analytics tools is desirable.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with business and technology teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
Advanced English proficiency.
Results-oriented, detail-oriented, critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
