About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform low-complexity credit analyses for small-business customers
Support order releases and the collection and validation of data
Review documents and support customer portfolio management
Contribute to risk mitigation and compliance with internal policies
Work under guidance on credit-limit assessment processes
Analyze financial and registration data for small-scale resellers
Support the granting and review of credit limits based on internal criteria
Collect and validate registration and financial documentation
Consult information from credit bureaus, such as Serasa, Boa Vista, and SPC
Update customer records and monitor outstanding documentation
Prepare basic reports and support the preparation of credit opinions
Interact with the Sales, Customer Registration, Collections, and Finance teams
Monitor analysis deadlines and ensure the proper flow of processes
Keep records and systems updated with customer information, credit decisions, and credit activity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Intermediate Excel skills
Understanding of credit risk, delinquency, and repayment capacity concepts
Basic knowledge of credit-granting processes and credit policies
Basic knowledge of balance-sheet analysis and financial metrics
Previous experience with information-query systems such as Serasa and Boa Vista
Ability to organize data for use by the senior team
Credit Analysis certification or coursework is a plus
Financial Statement Analysis certification or coursework is a plus
Excel for Finance / Data Analysis coursework is a plus
Introduction to Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) is a plus
Personal Finance and Credit Risk Management coursework is a plus
Introduction to Basic Accounting coursework is a plus
Logical reasoning and analytical mindset
Ability to consistently follow standards and policies
Curiosity and eagerness to learn about finance and risk
