Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Spring Boot
Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using React
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate frontend React applications
Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability
Work in a microservices environment and continuously improve existing systems
Support reliable, high-quality solutions for business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years’ experience in Java (Java version 8+)
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, including REST APIs, Spring MVC, and Spring Security
Solid understanding of microservices architecture
Experience with React.js, including functional components, hooks, and state management
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience integrating frontend React applications with backend APIs
Knowledge of RESTful web services and JSON
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate/JPA
Experience with Git and version control workflows
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build tools such as Maven/Gradle
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools
Experience with unit testing using JUnit, Mockito, or Jest
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices
