About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional business transformation projects that turn business priorities into action and measurable results
Define project objectives and ensure alignment with expected business outcomes
Build project plans covering resources, assignments, tasks, dependencies, deliverables, milestones, due dates, predecessors, budgets, financial tracking, and issue management
Coordinate subject matter experts, key stakeholders, project meetings, and communication forums
Assemble project steering committees and communicate project progress to management
Serve as the single point of contact for project management questions
Refer technical questions to appropriate subject matter experts and ensure timely follow-up
Facilitate change management activities, project communications, and training
Lead project teams and interdepartmental management to achieve project objectives
Perform additional duties as assigned
Meet attendance and punctuality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 to 3 years or greater of relevant work experience
Minimum 1 year of previous project management experience required
Bachelor's Degree required
PMP required
Master's/Post Graduate Degree preferred
Advanced ability to use relevant computer system applications, including spreadsheets, word processors, and databases
Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and partnering with senior and executive-level stakeholders
Enterprise-level project or program management experience preferred
Strong facilitation skills; workshop and cross-functional working session experience is a plus
Track record of driving initiatives from planning through implementation and completion
Experience with financial management, budgeting, and ROI analysis
Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365
LEAN or Six Sigma experience preferred
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop and deliver presentations to executive-level audiences
Ability to influence, negotiate, and build alignment without direct authority
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities
Ability to build effective working relationships across functions, cultures, and organizational levels
Adaptability and comfort learning new processes, systems, and technologies
Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and applicable local/regional languages
Travel required up to 20%
