About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with global consolidation of monthly and quarterly financial results
Partner with local finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP
Deliver harmonized processes and technology-driven solutions supporting global integration, automation, and advisory excellence
Conduct variance analysis for assigned countries and present findings to executive management
Support the monthly close process
Post top-level journal entries
Review co-workers’ work papers
Document financial data, analysis, and supporting schedules
Review and provide feedback on internal and external management reports and presentations
Support Tax Restructuring Step Plans and Chart of Account Maintenance
Participate in special projects
Perform accounting research to guide management and subsidiaries
Identify risks, escalate issues, and recommend process improvements
Support internal and external audits
Perform other duties as assigned
Work occasional overtime or non-standard hours during month-end, quarter-end, year-end close activities, and special projects
Work in a professional office environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of relevant accounting experience
Experience working in or testing a strong internal control environment preferred
Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Big 4 accounting experience preferred
CPA or CPA-track candidate preferred
Adaptable and able to thrive in a changing environment
Strong relationship-building skills across diverse teams and cultures
Clear and effective written and verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to create and deliver presentations to senior leadership
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial systems
Strong organization and time management
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high ethical standards
Occasional travel may be required
