About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in a 10-week Corporate, Enterprise Core Track internship across Accounting, Finance, Credit, or Events
- Apply classroom learning to corporate projects in reporting, analysis, risk, and people operations
- Build professional networks through senior leader speaker sessions, peer engagement events, job shadowing, and exposure to business operations
- Accounting: assist with journal entries, invoice processing, account reconciliations, reporting, month-end and year-end close, ledger maintenance, audits, and process improvement projects
- Finance: process vendor transactions, research invoice discrepancies, reconcile vendor accounts, review aged receivables, maintain vendor documentation, and support audit readiness
- Credit: review credit applications, evaluate creditworthiness, support fraud detection and risk mitigation, and recommend credit terms
- Events: support corporate and vendor events from planning and logistics through onsite execution, create promotional communications, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and improve attendee experience
- Present findings, recommendations, time savings, engagement results, or efficiency opportunities for assigned projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a business-related major, including Accounting, Finance, Economics, Human Resources or Human Capital Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Current undergraduate student with junior standing or above by summer 2027, including May 2027 graduates
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- Available to work full time, 40 hours per week, for the full 10-week program
- Able to work from one of the listed locations on a hybrid schedule of three days per week in office
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Comfortable building and working in spreadsheets
- Familiarity with AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, preferred
- Detail orientation and comfort working with numbers, documentation, and confidential information
- Selected interns must complete a background check before the program begins
