About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in TD SYNNEX’s 10-week Commercial, High Growth Track internship program
  • Support functions including Sales, Marketing, Vendor Management, Business Development, Product Management, and Data Analytics
  • Apply classroom learning to commercial projects involving partner engagement, marketing, and revenue growth
  • Build professional networks through senior leader speaker sessions, peer engagement events, and job shadowing
  • Support sales contracts, procurement processes, compliance documentation, quotes, orders, and client fulfillment tracking
  • Create promotional content, newsletters, one-pagers, LinkedIn content, presentations, case studies, and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice discrepancies, shipment issues, payment variances, and account reconciliation matters
  • Identify public sector vendor and reseller partners, conduct data sourcing and gap analysis, organize strategic events, and support pipeline growth
  • Assist with product lifecycle management, vendor onboarding, quote creation, special pricing requests, reseller pursuit lists, license renewals, and add-on requests
  • Clean, flag, and extract finance data; build machine learning forecasting models; analyze reports, semantic models, and workspace usage
  • Use Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, PySpark, and scikit-learn, with support toward earning a Microsoft certification
  • Present findings and recommendations to business partners and teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing a business-related major, including Marketing, Sales or Professional Selling, Business Administration and Management, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field
  • Current undergraduate student with junior standing or above by summer 2027, including May 2027 graduates
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • Available to work full time, 40 hours per week, for the full 10-week program
  • Able to work from one of the listed locations on a hybrid schedule of three days per week in office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Comfortable building presentations and customer-ready materials
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Selected interns must complete a background check before the program begins
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot
  • Interest in using technology to strengthen outreach, content, and business outcomes
