About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in a 10-week Technical, Applied Innovation internship program
  • Contribute to technical projects across Information Technology, Supply Chain, Systems and Cloud, or Artificial Intelligence
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across enterprise systems
  • Configure user accounts, permissions, and access in corporate systems and applications
  • Support IT project deployment, testing, documentation, system upgrades, and new tool rollouts
  • Monitor system performance and report on uptime, usage, and security compliance
  • Support cybersecurity best practices, patching, and vulnerability monitoring
  • Support distribution and logistics operations, including order flow, inventory accuracy, and shipment tracking
  • Research and resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, and returns with procurement, warehouse, and vendor teams
  • Maintain supply chain data and documentation
  • Build Excel models and reports tracking operational metrics
  • Identify process gaps and recommend fulfillment improvements
  • Contribute to infrastructure projects, server migrations, cloud adoption, and system integrations
  • Test and document applications using Azure and AWS
  • Monitor system health alongside senior engineers and learn issue triage and resolution
  • Build technical documentation and runbooks
  • Explore practical AI uses for business workflows
  • Test, document, and refine prompts, workflows, and outputs
  • Support AI enablement through training materials and adoption tracking
  • Present findings and recommendations for process, cloud, and AI projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing a technology-related major, including Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science or Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Current undergraduate student with junior standing or above by summer 2027, including May 2027 graduates
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • Available to work full time, 40 hours per week, for the full 10-week program
  • Able to work from one of the listed locations on a hybrid schedule of three days per week in office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Coursework or project exposure to a programming or query language such as Python or SQL
  • Familiarity with AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot (preferred)
  • Structured problem solving and ability to document technical work clearly for non-technical audiences
  • Selected interns must complete a background check before the program begins
