About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own commercial strategy and account plans for a portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Drive retention, expansion, and overall account growth
  • Build and maintain expansion pipeline by identifying whitespace, business initiatives, and use cases
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders, economic buyers, and executive decision-makers
  • Lead renewal and expansion strategies through negotiation and contract execution
  • Protect recurring revenue and grow customer investment in Tealium
  • Build business cases and expansion proposals demonstrating measurable value and ROI
  • Partner with Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing
  • Leverage product usage, customer health signals, account intelligence, and AI-enabled tools
  • Mitigate churn and downsell risk and inform account strategy
  • Maintain pipeline management and forecasting
  • Expand Tealium’s strategic footprint through new products, capabilities, and use cases

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years in customer-facing roles within SaaS, Customer Data Infrastructure, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Tag Management, Data Clouds, or Digital Marketing ecosystems
  • Experience in Solutions Consulting, Account Executive, Customer Success, or Technical Account Manager roles
  • Ability to establish credibility with decision-makers and construct data-driven business cases
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience aligning Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance stakeholders
  • Project and program management capability coordinating complex customer initiatives, dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Technical fluency in complex data architecture concepts
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and predictive analytics
  • Commitment to continuous learning in the martech landscape
  • Strong negotiation capability and polished communication skills
  • Ability to support customers across Western U.S. time zones
  • Ability to travel throughout the Western U.S. as needed
  • Candidates based in the Western U.S. strongly preferred
