About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Metricool’s German social media on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube for DACH audiences
- Support Metricool’s French channels
- Manage the German and French communities by replying to comments and messages, moderating conversations, and flagging product questions and feedback
- Adapt English and Spanish posts into German and French, localizing hooks, examples, references and CTAs
- Schedule localized posts in Metricool
- Maintain German and French editorial calendars aligned with the Social Media Team Leader and global content plan
- Record weekly short-form German social videos and monthly long-form YouTube videos; record in French if qualified
- Adapt scripts and review edits for language accuracy
- Identify local trends, formats and competitors in DACH and French-speaking markets
- Support German influencer campaigns and Ads with content and language review
- Collaborate with Social Media, YouTube, Growth and video-editing teams
- Serve as the DACH reference for Content and Growth teams
- Share ideas, learnings and best practices in brainstorming sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Based in Spain
- At least 2 years of experience in content creation or social media management
- Experience in community management, or a clear interest in it
- Experience creating B2B or SaaS content for the German market is highly valued
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or a related field is a plus
- Native German, with excellent writing skills
- Advanced English (C1)
- French is a strong plus: native or high C1 for recording, or B2–C1 for community management and post adaptation
- Strong German copywriting for social media, including hooks, captions, CTAs and comment replies
- Natural on-camera presence in German
- Experience recording for social media or YouTube is a plus
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube and their formats and trends
- Portfolio of posts, content examples or managed social accounts is a nice to have
