Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and maintain the uptime of server infrastructure
Set up, manage, and support customer environments
Work on projects and deliver customer environments
Provide in-depth technical support to customers
Further develop the automation platform
Act as the point of contact for customers with custom solutions environments, including cloud, dedicated servers, firewalls, and load balancers
Register and analyze issues and gather additional information through targeted questioning
Provide fast, customer-focused solutions
Follow up with customers and communicate effectively to improve customer satisfaction
Develop solutions based on predefined requirements
Take responsibility for implementation, documentation, and handover
Monitor and maintain operational infrastructure, including backups, patching, monitoring, offline servers, and maintenance
Escalate highly complex issues in a timely manner

What you’ll need

Passion for IT and desire to continue developing skills in a Linux environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Dutch is your native language
Fluent in English
Excellent spelling and written communication
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Proactive and willing to take ownership
Able to work under pressure and remain flexible
Enjoy working as part of a team
Experience and interests determine whether you work as a generalist or specialize further
