About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement solutions for Windows environments
- Set up, manage, and support customer environments
- Monitor and maintain operational infrastructure, including backups, patching, monitoring, offline servers, and maintenance
- Take responsibility for implementation, documentation, and handover
- Listen to customers, analyze issues, and provide accurate solutions
- Ensure follow-up and communication with customers
- Escalate complex issues in a timely manner
- Ensure quality of documentation, communication, and solutions
- Handle internal IT escalations
- Keep knowledge of Combell products up to date
Requirements
What you’ll need- Multiple years of experience as a Windows system engineer
- Passion for Windows and desire to further develop as a system administrator
- Eagerness to learn and deepen knowledge of the technology stack
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch
- Accurate and results-oriented work style
- Strong analytical mindset
- Team-player orientation
- Linux knowledge is not required
