About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage inbound leads and maintain accurate Lead, Account, Contact, and Opportunity records
  • Update sales activities, opportunity stages, and customer interactions
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and resolve duplicate records
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and client appointments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3+ years of experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Tasks, and Activities
  • Experience supporting a U.S.-based B2B sales or customer service environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reports, dashboards, and pipeline management
  • Experience performing basic Salesforce administrative functions and data maintenance
  • Experience managing professional email and calendar scheduling
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate CRM data
  • Laptop or desktop with Windows 10/11 (64-bit) or macOS Monterey or later
  • Minimum Intel Core i5 (8th Gen), AMD Ryzen 5, or Apple M1 processor
  • 8 GB RAM minimum
