About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage banking projects focused on implementing online banking solutions
- Lead multiple project teams and manage large-scale programs

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of relevant project management experience
- Proven experience in the financial services or banking sector
- Experience working in startup or scaleup environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing multiple teams, projects, or large programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to design and facilitate client workshops
- Strong risk management, issue resolution, and change management skills
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environments
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Agile coaching experience is a plus
