About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and continuously improve operating procedures related to financial risk management
Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and contribute to the development of the Group’s internal control framework
Implement and monitor an internal control framework in France and across international subsidiaries
Recommend tools to improve the quality of accounts and financial reporting
Define and monitor key performance indicators
Prepare landing forecasts and operating reports for subsidiaries
Lead the subsidiaries’ budgeting process
Design and ensure the reliability of activity-specific dashboards
Analyze subsidiary performance and identify corrective actions
Monitor financing arrangements and obligations to lenders
Produce financial analyses for the executive team and serve as a trusted advisor
Lead financial control activities and implement the necessary monitoring tools and controls
Audit quarterly closings and financial statements
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the legal information required for annual closings
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial procedures and processes
Monitor regulatory, tax, and financial developments
Work on strategic topics based on current events and Management’s needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (or equivalent) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent program
Previous experience in an audit firm is preferred
Experience handling financial control assignments independently
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Strong aptitude for financial data analysis
Interest in AI tools and emerging applications that can optimize financial processes
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong interest in analysis, control, and continuous improvement
Motivation to work in the renewable energy and energy transition sectors
