About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and enhance operating procedures related to financial risk management
Ensure the application of corporate procedures and contribute to the development of the Group’s internal control framework
Implement and monitor an internal control framework in France and across international subsidiaries
Propose tools and processes to improve the quality of financial statements and financial reporting
Define and monitor key performance indicators
Prepare landing forecasts and operational reports for subsidiaries
Lead the subsidiaries’ budgeting process
Design and ensure the reliability of activity-based dashboards
Analyze subsidiary performance and identify corrective actions
Monitor financing arrangements and obligations to lenders
Produce specific financial analyses for the management team and provide advisory support
Lead financial control activities and implement the necessary monitoring tools and controls
Audit quarterly closings and financial statements
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the legal information required for annual closings
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial procedures and processes
Monitor regulatory, tax, and financial developments
Support various strategic initiatives based on current priorities and management needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent program
Ideally, initial experience in an audit firm, supplemented by experience managing financial control assignments
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Strong ability to analyze financial data
Interest in AI tools and emerging applications that can optimize financial processes
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
Interest in analysis, controls, and continuous improvement
Motivation to work in the renewable energy sector and contribute to the energy transition
