About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain parts inventory and all pertinent records in the country
Coordinate delivery of spare parts
Define consignment stock for Service Centers and Technicians
Keep warehouse stock aligned with the country’s needs
Ensure adequate availability of spare parts in country and on site, including Service Kits and Service Van stock
Size and optimize local spare parts stock using available tools and systems
Oversee demand planning tools used for Spare Parts stock replenishment
Govern Parts Order management and maximize adherence to company processes and procedures
Contribute to Spare Parts freight and warehousing cost management
Contribute to Inventory Record Accuracy and oversee periodic stock counts
Analyze stock discrepancies, identify root causes, and define action plans
Manage the return of Spare Parts to HQ
Support field engineers, the Service Desk, and Planning department in back-office spare-part activities
Contribute to continuous supply-chain improvement with After Sales and Logistic teams at HQ

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-3 years experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Spare parts stock management skills
Experience in warehouse management and in/out logistics flow management
Knowledge of transportation fees
Knowledge of warehousing techniques
Knowledge of planning systems
Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems; SAP/Salesforce/ServiceMax would be a plus
Sense of initiative and energy/proactivity
Excellent execution and ability to make things happen
Work on-site at the warehouse partner in Burlington, NJ, with regular travel to the Jersey City offices
