About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases, define requirements, and establish measurable success criteria
- Develop and implement solutions using large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and related technologies
- Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of AI-enabled applications
- Work with technical and functional teams to incorporate user feedback and transition successful pilots into operational capabilities
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ Years of relevant experience
- Experience developing AI- and LLM-enabled applications
- Strong software engineering and application development background
- Experience supporting solution design, testing, deployment, and integration activities
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting technical and functional stakeholders
- Meet Security Eligibilities
- TSA experience is highly desired
- DHS public trust is strongly preferred and will be prioritized
- Python
- AWS serverless architectures

- Prompt engineering and model evaluation
