About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coordinate pilot activities across technical and functional teams, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
  • Partner with program leadership and product stakeholders to help shape the AI roadmap and prioritize pilot initiatives
  • Gather and document stakeholder requirements, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Support backlog refinement and prioritization with the Product Owner and development teams
  • Identify and help resolve impediments affecting team productivity or pilot progress
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of technology pilot initiatives, including Digital Twin, DICOS Image Tagging, and a potential LLM pilot
  • Facilitate Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, product-management activities, and development of AI initiatives and pilot projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting technology implementation, product-management, or business-analysis efforts
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to develop project documentation, status reports, and recommendations
  • Meet Security Eligibilities
  • TSA experience is highly desired
  • DHS public trust is strongly preferred and will be prioritized
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong AI fluency and familiarity with tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies
  • Experience supporting AI-enabled products or innovation initiatives
  • Requirements-gathering and roadmap-development experience
  • Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholder needs
