About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, structure, and execute the annual calendar of employee engagement, culture, and corporate events
- Develop, implement, and monitor organizational climate initiatives, including surveys, results analysis, and action plans
- Manage and continuously enhance the organizational culture through actions, projects, and initiatives
- Structure and lead the onboarding and employee experience journey
- Plan and execute internal communications and employer branding strategies
- Develop and implement engagement, recognition, and integration programs
- Monitor and analyze engagement, culture, and employee experience metrics, such as engagement surveys, eNPS, and onboarding indicators
- Prepare reports and propose continuous improvements
- Support and advise leaders on employee engagement and culture management
- Lead or support people management certification and benchmarking initiatives, such as GPTW and FIA
- Work on strategic HR and corporate projects related to employee experience, organizational culture, and EVP
- Establish partnerships and manage vendors for internal marketing initiatives and events
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1.5 years of experience in organizational climate, culture, and corporate event management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, People Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with organizational climate and culture initiatives
- Experience developing and leading new-hire integration programs
- Experience planning and executing in-person and online internal marketing initiatives and events
- Experience implementing and coordinating activities for people management certifications, such as GPTW and FIA
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze data to support informed decision-making
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar
- Reside in Maringá, PR, or the surrounding area, with availability to visit the company headquarters when necessary
- Preferred: experience in innovation and technology companies
- Preferred: knowledge of HR tools and software focused on employee engagement and culture
- Preferred: courses and certifications in People Management, with a focus on Employee Engagement and Culture
