Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in collecting and analyzing business and functional requirements to support solution development
Document current- and future-state business processes, workflows, and system interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and recommend improvements
Participate in system configuration, testing, and user acceptance activities
Support creation of user documentation, process flows, and training materials
Maintain project deliverables and assist in tracking milestones and timelines
Perform basic data analysis to support solution design and post-implementation success
Support delivery and implementation of scalable solutions within Tekion’s Professional Services organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Position requires 90% travel
2-4 years of experience implementing Automotive Variable (Retail & Accounting) or Fixed (Parts & Service) software
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Basic proficiency with process mapping tools such as Lucidchart or Visio
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, or PSA tools is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn project delivery methodologies and enterprise business platforms
Visa sponsorship is not available
Must be authorized to work in the United States
