About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in analyzing customer requests, identifying issues or questions
- Determine the resources required to handle support requests
- Record actions related to ticket resolutions in the system
- Keep customers informed of ticket progress at all times
- Provide information about open tickets
- Participate in technical and behavioral training whenever available
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in customer support
- Currently pursuing or having completed a technical program or higher education in Business Administration, Information Technology, Process Management, Logistics, or related fields
