About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and partner-team inquiries regarding coverage, claims, and enrollment
  • Coordinate and support external and internal partners
  • Develop and send employee communications about benefit changes or updates
  • Conduct recurring and ad-hoc audits, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to administer benefit plans effectively and efficiently
  • Coordinate broker/carrier upskilling sessions
  • Support billing and invoicing
  • Maintain digital storage of plan documents and employee resources
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance
  • Administer 401(k) plans
  • Perform internal and external system testing and review as needed
  • Provide benefits administration support for the gaming client’s global team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must work CST or ET
  • 2 years of relevant benefits administration experience
  • Understanding of standard regulations and compliance practices related to benefit plans
  • Non-US benefits experience helpful, with Canada and Brazil preferred
  • HRIS familiarity helpful; the company uses Workday
  • Excel or Google Sheets experience helpful
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Flexibility to manage ambiguity, pivot, and adapt to evolving business or client needs
  • Comfort with a fast-paced work environment
  • PST options are not being considered
  • Open to candidates in Canada, the United States, or the United Kingdom
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with no overtime
