About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience
  • Speak to Medicare/Medicaid eligibility recipients about healthcare coverages, options, and eligibility
  • Assist consumers with account creation and account management
  • Reset passwords
  • Answer customer calls
  • Assist with creating accounts
  • Upload documents while answering calls from consumers
  • Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries
  • Update bill and payment preferences
  • Describe benefits and coverages to customers
  • Work in rapidly changing environments and be available for special projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be bilingual Spanish and English
  • 2 years of call center experience or healthcare administration experience
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Flexible to be assigned a shift between 7:45AM–10:00PM Eastern Time
  • Monday–Friday availability
