About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform systems and business analysis for investment-management and financial-services systems
- Work with EAGLE Investment Systems and financial middle office data
- Support multiple team-oriented systems projects
- Work with relational databases and write SQL
- Work with Azure cloud-based enterprise data warehouses and Data Bricks
- Apply knowledge of mutual funds, securities, and investment products
- Gather requirements and solve problems within an IT organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience required
- 7 to 10 years of systems/business analysis experience required
- Experience in financial services or securities industry with knowledge of investment products required
- Experience with EAGLE Investment Systems required
- Knowledge of mutual funds, securities and financial middle office data required
- Experience on multiple team-oriented systems projects required
- Experience working with relational databases writing Structured Query Language (SQL) required
- Experience with Cloud Based Enterprise Data Warehouses (Azure) required
- Familiarity with Data Bricks
- Experience with Eagle STAR, PACE, and Codeless Reports preferred
- Familiarity with Electra reports preferred
- Knowledge of reconciliation reporting preferred
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities within an IT organization required
- Buy Side Investment Management would be a plus
- Very good communication skills and requirements gathering abilities
