About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide general customer service for warranty plans, claims, credits, sales, and product registration
  • Formulate business decisions based on information provided during calls
  • Accurately document information within multiple database systems
  • Adhere to KPIs defined by the leadership team and meet departmental expectations and quality assurance standards
  • Back up the Outbound Contact Center Team by closing extended warranty sales with progressive calling
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years of call center experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel skills
  • Monday–Friday availability, 9 AM–6 PM Eastern Time
