About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience
  • Speak with Medicare/Medicaid eligibility recipients about healthcare coverage, options, and eligibility
  • Assist consumers with account creation and account management
  • Reset passwords
  • Answer customer calls
  • Upload documents while answering consumer calls
  • Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries
  • Update billing and payment preferences
  • Describe benefits and coverages to customers
  • Work in rapidly changing environments and support special projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years of call center experience or healthcare administration experience
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Flexible to be assigned a shift between 7:45 AM and 10:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Monday–Friday availability
