About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary contact for patients, providers, specialty pharmacies, and payers
- Coordinate patient benefits, product orders, and appointment scheduling
- Assist with prior authorizations, appeals, benefit verification, and reimbursement support
- Help patients navigate affordability programs and access to therapy
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to ensure a seamless patient journey
- Complete more than five weeks of onsite training in North Carolina
Requirements
What you’ll need- Healthcare call center, HUB, patient services, reimbursement, insurance processing, or medical billing experience
- Strong knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits, prior authorizations, and appeals
- Experience communicating with patients, physician offices, and specialty pharmacies
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems and applications (CRM, phone systems, dual monitors)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours/week
- Availability for the listed shifts
- Contract availability through November 2026
