About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide prompt, professional customer support with a focus on one-call resolution
- Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications
- Assist customers with policy questions related to coverage, billing, and general clarification
- Accurately document interactions and enter inbound leads in a timely manner
- Navigate multiple systems while multitasking between calls, documentation, and follow-ups

Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer service or call center experience
- Property & casualty experience preferred
- Active Property & Casualty license required; must be general or commercial lines and cannot be personal lines
- Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Dependability and a team-first mindset
