About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound calls from current and prospective account holders
- Place outbound calls to welcome new customers, assist with account servicing, follow up on past-due accounts, and support special outreach campaigns
- Deliver a white-glove customer experience while serving as an advocate for patients and ambassador for the brand
- Accurately document customer interactions and account activity within a proprietary CRM system
- Escalate concerns and complaints as needed while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and quality evaluations
- Embrace feedback and development opportunities in a collaborative team environment
- Help drive program enrollment, increase payment activity, and support patient financial wellness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping people
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently over the phone
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must reside in the Portland, OR area or surrounding communities
- Ability to travel onsite for equipment pickup and return when necessary
- Private, quiet workspace dedicated to work activities
- No shared working environment with other individuals during work hours
- Reliable childcare arrangements during scheduled shifts
- Fiber internet
- Minimum internet speed: 100 Mbps download and 35 Mbps upload
- Password-protected private network
- Available Ethernet port for wired connection during working hours
