About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee engagements with varying delivery models, ensuring objectives are achieved on schedule and within budget
Ensure internal compliance requirements are met and provide strategic value to clients and engagements
Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and align services with their long-term goals
Communicate engagement progress, challenges, and results to internal and external stakeholders
Manage engagement finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
Allocate and optimize resources across engagements
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Prepare performance reports and present them to senior management and clients
Lead larger engagement teams, mentor resources, and foster collaboration
Drive client satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality services and resolving issues
Identify business development opportunities and collaborate with sales partners on upselling and cross-selling
Quantify business benefits throughout the engagement lifecycle
Travel several times per year may be required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with skills in AI
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Analysis and problem-solving skills
Time management and organizational skills
People management skills
Experience in project management fundamentals or as an acting Scrum Master
Exposure to professional services agreements, including the change management process
Exposure to IT Managed Services, project management classes, and other IT certifications
Demonstrated project risk analysis and mitigation skills
Preferred: Client-facing experience with communication up to the C-suite
Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and XP
Preferred: Experience delivering AWS cloud engagements in the IT Professional Services industry
Preferred: Experience with complex deliverable-based, fully outsourced, or large-scale engagements or programs
Preferred: Knowledge of AWS services, delivery models, and solutions (IDP, Connect, etc.)
Preferred: Experience leading renewals, expansion, and advocacy across a portfolio
