About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle 100% inbound customer service calls from health plan members
- Manage approximately 50–70 calls per day during peak enrollment periods
- Assist members with benefits, billing, enrollment, and coverage questions
- Research and resolve complex member concerns from start to finish
- Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly
- Utilize multiple applications and online resources simultaneously
- Provide timely follow-up and ownership of member issues
- Deliver compassionate, professional customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive member experience
- Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously
- Reliable attendance history
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Hard-wired internet connection via Ethernet cable
- Dedicated professional workspace free from distractions
- Ability to be on camera during meetings and training
- Willingness to use company-provided equipment
- Availability Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST and Saturday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM CST
- Preference for candidates open to later shifts
- Must live in an eligible state: Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, or Wisconsin
