Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
  • Experience in Medicare, health insurance, healthcare customer service, or call center support
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems and screens
  • Reliable attendance history
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TN, VA, or WI
  • Dedicated, professional workspace free from distractions
  • Hardwired internet connection; Wi-Fi, hotspots, and satellite internet are not permitted
  • Ability to connect directly to company equipment via Ethernet cable
  • Stable internet with download speed of 25 Mbps or higher, upload speed of 5 Mbps or higher, and ping less than 100 ms
  • Ability to be on camera for meetings and training
  • Willingness to use company-provided equipment
  • Flexible availability required Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST
