About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle 100% inbound customer service calls regarding health plan benefits, billing, enrollment, and coverage questions
  • Manage approximately 50-70 calls per day during peak Open Enrollment periods
  • Research and resolve complex member issues from start to finish
  • Maintain ownership of customer concerns through complete resolution
  • Document interactions accurately and thoroughly
  • Utilize online tools and resources to efficiently support members
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, or Wisconsin
  • Reliable hard-wired internet access via Ethernet cable
  • Stable high-speed internet; no Wi-Fi, hotspot, or satellite connections
  • Comfortable appearing on camera during training and meetings
  • Professional, distraction-free home office environment
  • Must utilize all company-provided equipment, including dual monitors and a headset
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Health insurance experience preferred
  • Medicaid experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems while on calls
  • Flexible availability Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST
