About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound calls from patients, pharmacies, and providers
- Assist with copay card activations, account updates, and claims inquiries
- Troubleshoot pharmacy rejections and benefits-related issues
- Accurately document interactions in multiple systems
- Meet quality, attendance, and productivity goals
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance standards
- Complete paid virtual training Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Support patients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with copay program inquiries, account updates, claims support, and issue resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months of call center or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Comfortable using multiple applications and dual monitors
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM while speaking with customers
- Experience handling confidential information
- Ability to work assigned 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM, Monday-Sunday
- Healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, patient services, or benefits experience preferred
- Experience using CRM systems and high-volume phone environments preferred
