About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide delivery order re-scheduling and assignment support for high-volume/high-impact partners requiring manual intervention
- Communicate with Operations stakeholders when orders are not received, picked up, or returned at a facility by canceling, rescheduling, or creating orders using Google Sheets
- Communicate damaged packages arriving at facilities to Operations for sharing with Merchants
- Monitor order assignments at the end of delivery windows across time zones and scrape orders that missed assignment
- Scrape unassigned orders and take action based on Merchant preference, including rescheduling or canceling and sharing orders with the Operations team for Merchant communications
- Consolidate and share information with the Operations team for trend analysis and reactive action planning
- Communicate and manage time-sensitive information with the Operations team and partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be able to work Overnights & Weekends shift
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets [mandatory]
- Understand excel formulas and data entry
- Comfortable with Pivot Tables and cleaning data
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and escalating issues
- Strong project management, organization and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Logistics, operations and data hands-on experience required
- Experience in operations, supply chain analysis, catalog, or Parcel Support is nice to have
- Must be able to work Saturday
- Must complete a remote client interview if selected for interview
