About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the overall solution and practice architect for the Modern Work M365 portfolio
Collaborate with enterprise clients and internal delivery and sales partners to develop a new market offering
Manage the proposal and SOW process through engagement completion
Work with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to analyze, design, develop, and deploy custom client solutions
Establish and lead an internal market offering-based Center of Excellence
Promote standard processes, reusable components, and governance for the growing practice
Build the Center of Excellence into a customer offering and partner with internal IT to validate and develop content
Stay current with Microsoft collaboration technologies, industry trends, and Modern Work roadmap features including Copilot, Viva, Frontline Worker, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least one current M365 official certification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or related field
7–10 years of experience in a professional consulting services environment working directly with enterprise clients
Experience architecting and hands-on development of custom solutions with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Teams
Experience implementing organizational change management in an enterprise M365 deployment, ideally including F1 licenses
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of successful collaboration projects with strong customer service and high customer satisfaction metrics
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) certification related experience
Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200) certification related experience
Experience working for or with a Microsoft solution partner
Experience integrating and managing Teams Apps and policies
Commitment to maintaining and acquiring official Microsoft certifications year over year, with a minimum of one new certification per year
