Decompose complex, ambiguous client problems into structured frameworks and actionable recommendations
Assess client landscapes, identify gaps and opportunities, evaluate maturity, and translate findings into strategic direction
Connect enterprise strategy to execution through architecture, roadmaps, and sequenced plans
Translate engagements into concrete next steps, roadmaps, artifacts, or scoped statements of work
Lead C-suite and board-level conversations with credibility and preparation
Design and lead executive alignment, strategy, and working workshops that produce decisions and prioritized next steps
Bring independent, defensible points of view grounded in domain authority
Apply Enterprise Architecture frameworks pragmatically
Assess current-state architecture and define target-state architecture with a practical transition path
Develop capability models, value stream maps, integration diagrams, and operating model designs
Design target-state architectures across application, data, integration, and AI layers
Connect architecture decisions to financial and operational impact
Apply modern architecture patterns including cloud-native design, API-led integration, event-driven architecture, and AI-ready infrastructure
Design and architect scalable AI-enabled enterprise solutions
Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on feasibility, ROI, and strategic alignment
Evaluate foundation model providers, enterprise AI platforms, and MLOps infrastructure; advise on build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions
Advise on RAG, agentic workflows, model fine-tuning, AI-ready data infrastructure, AI governance, responsible AI, risk, regulation, ethics, change, and adoption
Grow accounts, identify revenue opportunities, and initiate new-work conversations
Independently write statements of work and scope and price engagements
Navigate enterprise sales conversations and contribute to proposals and go-to-market positioning
Develop junior consultants and architects through feedback and knowledge sharing
Run high-performing engagement teams and ensure client outcomes
Contribute to offering development, internal knowledge sharing, and capability frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in management consulting, strategic IT consulting, enterprise architecture, or equivalent senior roles
Breadth across strategy, architecture, technology, and client-facing consulting
Management consulting experience preferred
Deep, applied experience in enterprise and solution architecture
Proven track record at Principal or equivalent level, including owning client relationships, leading engagements, and growing accounts
Self-starter who drives next steps independently
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Ability to adapt messages to different audiences
Ability to collaborate across delivery, sales, practice leadership, and client stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field required
Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) strongly preferred
Command of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent
Broad technology depth in one or more of data platforms, cloud infrastructure, systems integration, process architecture, or AI/ML platforms
Fluency in enterprise AI architecture, including RAG, agentic workflows, model fine-tuning tradeoffs, and AI-ready data infrastructure
Solid understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native data, analytics, and AI services
In-person presence required for key workshops, assessments, and client solutioning sessions
Desirable certifications include TOGAF or equivalent, Archimate, FEAF/DoDAF, AI practitioner or platform certifications, ITIL 4 Strategic Leader, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, CBAP, or BIZBOK
