About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage multiple sales opportunities and account teams/programs
- Provide sales and solution assurance for client services
- Understand customer business and technical requirements
- Develop and mature solution designs with customers and stakeholders
- Manage expectations and resolve sales, stakeholder, and delivery issues
- Assemble delivery teams for new engagements
- Consolidate solution status and proposed costing information
- Address and communicate sales/solution escalations
- Implement knowledge management and sales-to-delivery knowledge transfer processes
- Manage sales/solutions risks and opportunities and facilitate resolution
- Coordinate solution change control
- Analyze practice pipelines and opportunities, review product lines, and conduct solution health checks
- Establish customer reference relationships
- Support account strategy development and execution
- Manage requirements, deliverables, costs, contracts, timelines, risks, assumptions, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain engagement profitability and identify future business opportunities
- Mentor, manage, and develop product/project team members
- Conduct annual reviews and provide employee feedback
- Develop audit and compliance capability and integrate IT with audit functions
- Negotiate audit issue specificity and develop Management Action Plans
- Plan external, internal, and regulatory audits
- Build security control and compliance programs, including POA&M
- Serve as intermediary among auditors, IT Risk, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, applications, and database teams
- Develop, test, and implement DoD RMF/FedRAMP compliance plans
- Review artifacts and conduct infrastructure assessments for DoD, RMF, and FedRAMP certification
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, relevant experience
- 15+ years of experience in information technology and/or professional services, with emphasis on subject matter expertise
- 15+ years in IT service management/project management, delivering projects/programs and providing daily delivery/consulting oversight within a professional services environment or equivalent
- Experience delivering projects/programs and administering client professional services agreements, including change management
- Frequent interaction with external customers at Director level or above, normally CXO level
- Established consulting and interpersonal skills
- Experience in audit, compliance, and risk governance
- Experience executing audit management control frameworks, including data governance and compliance processes
- Experience with HIPAA, HITRUST, CRISC, and AI Governance accreditation
- Experience in CMMC, CISA, DISA, IL5, IL6, STIG, NIST, COBIT, ISO, and FedRAMP environments
- Experience with DoD RMF/FedRAMP plans identified in NIST 800-171/NIST SP 800-53
- Experience in secure systems design and analysis supporting Network and Secure Operations
- Experience with security procedures, processes, and tools
- Ability to document Standard Operating Procedures clearly and concisely
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience leading and collaborating across teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
