About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based data pipelines, data models, and reporting solutions supporting business operations and decision-making
Extract, transform, validate, and analyze ERP data across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, purchasing, planning, and finance functions
Build and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and analytics tools for leaders and operational teams
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly solutions
Improve reporting accuracy, automation, and reliability while reducing manual processes and spreadsheet-driven work
Support operational analytics for inventory, material shortages, production planning, work-in-process, purchasing, and supply chain performance
Investigate data quality issues, reconcile discrepancies, and align reporting with business processes and source-system data
Document data definitions, business rules, calculations, and reporting processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ERP modernization, analytics initiatives, and digital transformation projects
Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI-enabled tools, and advanced analytics
Help technical and non-technical stakeholders understand and apply data insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong experience developing complex SQL queries, data models, stored procedures, and data integration solutions
Experience working with ERP data in a manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environment
Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and deliver practical solutions
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience designing scalable, maintainable reporting and analytics solutions
Experience with manufacturing ERP systems such as Infor XA or similar platforms is preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Power BI Service, Power Automate, or related Microsoft data platform technologies is a plus
Understanding of manufacturing concepts such as inventory management, MRP, BOMs, production planning, purchasing, or supply chain operations is preferred
Experience supporting automation, AI-enabled solutions, or data governance initiatives is a plus
